Evidence We Gather

What We Can Uncover

Every examination is tailored to what your specific situation requires — targeted and precise, not a bulk data dump.

Infidelity & Relationship Evidence

The evidence most private clients need is the conversation that was deleted or the location that was hidden. We recover messages from dating apps, extract deleted conversations, and map movement timelines — giving you an objective, timestamped picture of what actually occurred.

  • Current and deleted SMS & iMessage
  • Dating app activity and matches
  • WhatsApp, Snapchat & Signal messages
  • Location history and movement data
  • Deleted photos, videos & timestamps
  • Social media private messages

Device & Account Security

  • Spyware and tracking app detection
  • Remote access software
  • Unauthorised account logins
  • Unknown app and activity logs
  • Password and setting changes

Harassment & Threats

  • Anonymous message origin tracing
  • Social media harassment records
  • Threatening communication logs
  • Repeated contact pattern analysis
  • Sender identity investigation

Why Digital Evidence Matters

Evidence That Holds Up — When You Need It Most

Know the truth before making decisions

Many clients want to understand what the evidence actually shows before deciding whether to take any further action. A private assessment can answer that question clearly and objectively.

Admissible if proceedings follow

If your matter escalates to court — criminal, civil, or family — forensically recovered evidence is structured to be admissible from the outset. We preserve chain of custody from the moment we receive the device.

Legal, discreet, and defensible

We operate within the law at every step. Evidence recovered unlawfully is inadmissible and can damage your position — we never cut corners, regardless of the circumstances.

Your information stays private

We do not share, disclose, or discuss your matter with anyone outside our practice. Strict confidentiality is not a policy — it is the foundation of how we operate.

Practical Guidance

Before You Call Us

A few steps taken now can significantly improve what we're able to recover — and protect you legally if the matter escalates.

01

Don't confront them yet

Alerting the other person before we've examined the evidence gives them the opportunity to delete it. Wait until you know what the device or accounts actually show.

02

Don't touch their device without advice

Accessing another person's phone or accounts without their knowledge may be unlawful. Contact us first — there are legal ways to obtain what you need.

03

Screenshot what you've already noticed

If you've spotted suspicious activity — messages, apps, notifications — take screenshots now. That context helps us know exactly what to look for during extraction.

04

Keep this to yourself for now

Don't discuss the investigation with mutual contacts. Word getting back to the other party could cause evidence to be deleted before we can recover it.

Common Questions

Private Investigation FAQ

01 Is it legal to have someone's phone examined without them knowing?
It depends on who owns the device and the circumstances. We need lawful access — either the device owner's consent, a court order, or the device belonging to you. We can advise on the legal options available in your situation before you commit to anything.
02 Can you find messages that were deleted months ago?
Often yes. Deleted messages remain in unallocated storage until that space is overwritten by new data. The sooner you contact us, the better the recovery prospects. We assess viability honestly — we won't take your money if recovery isn't likely.
03 Can I use the evidence in court if needed?
If gathered lawfully and with proper chain-of-custody documentation, yes. We structure all examinations with that possibility in mind — even for matters that start as private inquiries.
04 What if I've already looked at their phone myself?
Briefly checking a device doesn't necessarily compromise the forensic examination. Tell us exactly what you did and when — we'll account for it in our methodology and be transparent about it if the matter proceeds to court.
05 Will the other person ever find out an examination took place?
Not from us. We maintain strict confidentiality and do not notify or contact any third party. Whether forensic analysis occurred is not something we disclose under any circumstances.
06 What if I just want the truth — not a court case?
That's the most common reason clients contact us. A private assessment gives you clarity without any obligation to take further action. Many clients simply need to know what actually happened before deciding how to move forward.

Client Feedback

What Clients Say

Real outcomes from real people — names abbreviated to protect privacy.

“I suspected my partner was hiding something but had no proof. The extraction showed three months of deleted messages I never knew existed. Having that clarity — even though it was painful — let me make decisions I'd been putting off for over a year.”

“Someone was sending threatening anonymous messages to my daughter. The forensic analysis traced the origin and provided enough evidence for a police report. The harassment stopped within a week of the report being filed.”

“I was being falsely accused in a dispute and needed to prove certain communications never happened. The report confirmed exactly what I knew to be true — and that was enough to resolve the matter without going to court.”
